OUR REBUTTAL  This is an example of a person that tries to take advantage of us

Original bid: $300 for gutters AND leaves (cheap!) Customer was to clean out the garden and the foundation beds prior to our arrival. Customer called and said she was ready.  Upon our arrival, she complained that she couldn't clean beds or the foundation out as leaves were sopping wet. Customer increased job scope to cover both sides of 100' driveway where her neighbor deposited the leaves from their property.  Those leaves were turned to liquified mulch by traffic.  Would you have honored the original bid?  I rest my case.  This is precisely why we work hourly in many scenarios.  We have to protect ourselves form predatory customers!
