Snow Removal

FEES:

RESIDENTIAL: $50 plus tax for the first 6 minutes of service.

Additonal time bills at $7/min and may be needed for houses on busy streets, large accumulations of snow, excessive backblading, circular driveways, steep hills, driveways with limited or no place to put snow or those driveways that dead end at a garage door with retaining walls on both sides of the driveway.  If you require any shoveling, like the strip of snow the plow cannot get at in front of the garage door or a walkway, see below for the schedule of charges.  

 

SHOVELING: $20/man plus tax minimum for the first 6 minutes.  Additional time if needed is $1.50/minute/man.

  

SANDING: $150/yard spread plus tax, 1/2 yard minimum

 

COMMERCIAL:  $150 minimum for the first 1/2 hour plus tax.  Additional time is billed in 1/4 hour increments for any part of that time plus tax.  Walkway clearing is additional and bills at $45 plus tax minimum for the first 1/2 hour.  Additional time is billed in 1/4 hour increments thereafter for any part of that time plus tax.

Emergency service is available if you state that you need it.  Charges are $2.50/mile from route breakpoint plus the cleaning.

  You agree to hold 3D'SGeneral Services harmless from all damages arising from snow removal operations to persons or property, real or personal.

 ADD 6.35% TAX TO ALL CHARGES

Credit Card users add 3.5% to total 

Invoices due upon receipt.  We send one reminder  at 30 days with a 10% late fee added and payable and then we file in court.

If we must pursue you in a court of law, you willingly agree to purchase and additional $250 for administrative services.  We will ask that all 3rd party searches necessary to locate your assets for seizure and sale be included in the amount owed.  Golden Rule applies. 

Please do not call unless you pay in full, on time.  You will be listed on the World Wide Web as a deadbeat if you don't.  You've been warned! 

Please refrain from calling for updates.  You just slow everything down.  We will get there...be it 3 AM, but we will get there.
